ISDA Master Agreements signing with Danske Commodities A/S
Fintel Energija A.D. Beograd has entered into 4 separate ISDA Master Agreements with Danske Commodities A/S for the hedging of the power output of 4 of its wind farms, currently under construction, in the territory of Republic of Serbia.
The total installed power will be 40 MW. The wind farms are due to reach commercial operation in 2024.
Two SPVs out of four, owning 20 MW in total, are jointly participated by Fintel`s Serbian partner MK Group with a 46% stake.
